General Information

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

Website Operation and Hosting

Our website is statically hosted via Google Cloud Storage and related Google Cloud services. When you access the website, technical request data may be processed, in particular:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• requested file or URL
• referrer URL
• browser, operating system, and device information

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain the stability and security of the service, and trace abusive access attempts.

We do not currently use analytics or marketing tools on this website.

Google Fonts

To ensure a consistent presentation, we load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. In that process, your IP address in particular may be transmitted to Google because your browser retrieves the required font files directly from Google servers.

Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, especially your email address, your name, and the content of your message. We use these data solely to handle your request and communicate with you.

Contact Form via Formspree

If you use the contact form on our website, we process the data you enter in order to handle your enquiry. This includes in particular your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We also transmit context information about the selected language and the page from which the form was submitted.

The technical transmission and management of contact form submissions are handled through Formspree, Inc. Formspree processes the submitted information on our behalf so that we can receive and manage your enquiry. As part of operating the service, Formspree may also process technical log data such as your IP address, browser details, or the time of the request. Disclosure and International Transfers

We only disclose personal data where this is necessary for operating the website, handling enquiries, or using our service providers. This includes in particular Formspree as the technical service provider for our contact form. In that context, data may also be processed in countries outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.

Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or statutory safeguards for such transfers.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as required for the relevant purposes, as long as statutory retention obligations apply, or as long as we have a legitimate interest in further retention.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data processed by us and ask for correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing where the legal requirements are met.
