General Information

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

Website Operation and Hosting

Our website is statically hosted via Google Cloud Storage and related Google Cloud services. When you access the website, technical request data may be processed, in particular:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• requested file or URL
• referrer URL
• browser, operating system, and device information

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain the stability and security of the service, and trace abusive access attempts.

We also use Plausible Analytics as a privacy-friendly analytics service to measure how our website is used without cookies. In particular, we record pageviews and selected interactions such as clicks on key contact and language-switch elements, opening the mobile navigation, and successful contact form submissions. If you reach our website through an online ad, Plausible also evaluates the campaign parameters contained in the link (e.g. source and campaign name) so that we can measure the ad's performance. We do not use advertising tracking codes or advertising cookies on our website.

According to Plausible, this measurement does not rely on cookies and does not track visitors across different websites. Further information is available in the Plausible Data Policy.

Google Fonts

To ensure a consistent presentation, we load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. In that process, your IP address in particular may be transmitted to Google because your browser retrieves the required font files directly from Google servers.

Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, especially your email address, your name, and the content of your message. We use these data solely to handle your request and communicate with you.

Contact Form via Formspree

If you use the contact form on our website, we process the data you enter in order to handle your enquiry. This includes in particular your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We also transmit context information about the selected language and the page from which the form was submitted.

The technical transmission and management of contact form submissions are handled through Formspree, Inc. Formspree processes the submitted information on our behalf so that we can receive and manage your enquiry. As part of operating the service, Formspree may also process technical log data such as your IP address, browser details, or the time of the request. Appointment Booking via Google Calendar

To book an initial call, we link to a Google Calendar appointment booking page (Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited). When you book an appointment there, Google processes the information you enter, in particular your name, email address and the selected time slot, as well as technical connection data. We use this information solely to prepare and hold the call. Data may also be processed outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. You can also arrange an initial call directly with our AI assistant, either in the voice demo on this website or by phone. The assistant tells you available times from our Google Calendar. If you explicitly ask it to book an appointment, it collects your name, your email address and, if you wish, your company. We use this information to add the appointment to our Google Calendar, and Google sends you an invitation with the link to the Google Meet call. The information on the AI voice demo with ElevenLabs also applies to the conversation with the assistant.

AI Voice Demo with ElevenLabs

You may voluntarily try our AI assistant by voice. A conversation connection to ElevenLabs is only established when you start a conversation. This requires microphone permission in your browser. You can end the conversation at any time; leaving the page closes the connection.

ElevenLabs and the technical service providers involved process your voice input, the assistant’s responses, and technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. This enables the demo and helps us assess its conversation quality. Data may also be processed outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States.

Audio storage is disabled for this assistant: voice is processed during the conversation but is not stored as an audio recording by ElevenLabs. Conversation transcripts and derived conversation information are retained in our ElevenLabs account for 30 days; deletion of these contents after this period is enabled. This setting does not guarantee deletion of all technical operational or billing records held by every provider involved.

By starting a conversation, you agree to this processing for the demo. Please do not provide confidential information or sensitive personal data. You may use our contact form or email instead for a personal enquiry. Further information is available in the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.

Using Plausible, we measure demo activation, confirmed conversation starts and ends, and clicks on demo and contact links. Conversation contents, conversation identifiers, and contact details are not sent to Plausible.

Disclosure and International Transfers

We only disclose personal data where this is necessary for operating the website, handling enquiries, or using our service providers. This includes in particular Formspree as the technical service provider for our contact form and Google for appointment booking. In that context, data may also be processed in countries outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.

Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or statutory safeguards for such transfers.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as required for the relevant purposes, as long as statutory retention obligations apply, or as long as we have a legitimate interest in further retention.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data processed by us and ask for correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing where the legal requirements are met.
